Lemon Vinaigrette

This recipe is a versatile salad dressing that is great on greens of all kinds as well as cooked vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk lemon juice with garlic until combined.
  2. Very gradually, drizzle in the olive oil, whisking all the while.
  3. Whisk in the salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the dressing with the salad and serve.
