Lemon Vinaigrette
This recipe is a versatile salad dressing that is great on greens of all kinds as well as cooked vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Whisk lemon juice with garlic until combined.
- Very gradually, drizzle in the olive oil, whisking all the while.
- Whisk in the salt and pepper.
- Toss the dressing with the salad and serve.
