Simple Artichoke Dip/Spread
This kid favorite will have everyone asking for your recipe. Serve it with crackers or fresh baked bread!
Ingredients
Dip
- 1 13.5-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained
- ¾ cup canned great northern beans
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 Tablespoon sweet mild small peppers, chopped
- ¼ small onion
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Vegetable Sticks
- Carrots, washed and cut into strips
- Celery, washed and cut into strips
- Bell peppers, washed and cut into strips
Instructions
- Put all ingredients for the dip in a blender/food processor and process until it’s smooth.
- Serve with cut vegetables

- You can use cannellini or white beans
- You can dip rice crackers, pita bread or pita chips
