Halloween Monster Wraps

Fun and festive for all trick or treaters!

Ingredients

  • 6 large spinach wraps
  • desired sandwich filling
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese and/or nori (seaweed wraps), for hair and mouth
  • 6 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced for eyes
  • 6 whole pitted green olives, for bolts
  • 13 Cornichon pickles, halved for eyebrows and nose
  • 12 toothpicks for bolts
  • extras: carrots, celery sticks, grapes (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill each wrap with desired sandwich filling and roll up like a burrito.
  2. Cut cheese slices and/or nori in half and cut triangle shapes for hair. Place on 1 half of the wrap.
  3. Cut the remaining half of the cheese or nori into long strips for the mouth.
  4. Cut the smallest cornichon in half lengthwise for eyebrows.
  5. Cut a thin slice of cornichon for the nose.
  6. Slice and place olive for eyes.
  7. Use toothpicks to secure 2 olives to sides of wrap for Frankenstein’s bolts.
  8. Serve with extras: carrots, celery sticks, grapes (optional)
